Meritage Wealth Insurance Advisor, LLC (MWIA), a rapidly growing Point-of-Sale Life Insurance distribution agency with locations in Texas, Arizona, Washington, Virginia, and New York, has been acquired by Amerilife Group Holdings, a St. Petersburg, Florida-based insurance brokerage that provides life, annuity, Medicare, individual and other health solutions.
