NEW YORK, February 2024 – MidCap Advisors, a Manhattan-based middle market advisory firm that provides sophisticated financial advice and mergers and acquisition transaction services to private companies, has recently recruited Paul Kanarek as its Vice President of Education.
With more than 40 years in the private educational sector, Mr. Kanarek brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the areas of strategy, M&A, investor relations, and communications. Leveraging his experience assisting global education companies to go public as well as privately refinance, at MidCap he will lead strategic initiatives for education clients on issues ranging from access to financial capital, talent, enhanced go-to-market approaches, and successful post-acquisition integrations.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from UCLA.
