As an Originations Associate, Hannah leverages her multifaceted background in marketing and business relations to support MidCap’s professional outreach and origination efforts.
Prior to joining MidCap, Hannah served as a Recruitment Analyst at Oliver James, where she oversaw the full lifecycle of client-candidate engagement, specializing in C-suite placements within the Cloud and Data sector. This experience refined her ability to identify high-impact opportunities and adeptly navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
Hannah is a former Division 1 track and field athlete and graduate of Lehigh University, where she earned a B.A. in Global Studies with a minor in Marketing.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, surfing, and volunteering.
