NEW YORK, September 2019 – MidCap Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to Hub International in its acquisition of Global Retirement Partners (GRP Financial) and its member firms EPIC Retirement Services, StoneStreet Financial, Washington Financial Group, Perennial Pension & Wealth, WhartonHill, and Intermountain Retirement Partners.
GRP Financial is LPL’s largest retirement-focused branch. Hub International is a well-diversified Chicago-headquartered insurance brokerage.
