Brian is a veteran finance executive with deep experience in insurance agency operations, investor relations, complex tax and corporate structures, as well as financial and treasury operations and budgeting. Prior to joining MidCap Advisors in 2025, Brian served as Finance Director at HUB Financial Services.
Over a 30-year period, Brian worked for a group of companies that included AeroCentury Corp., an NYSE American-listed aircraft operating lessor, where he held the position of Vice President, Corporate Development. He also led the recapitalization and overhaul of the accounting and finance functions for two non-profit organizations.
Brian holds a BS in Finance from Babson College in Wellesley, MA. He resides with his family in Durango, Colorado.
