Richard S. Groberg is a Managing Director at MidCap Advisors, specializing in healthcare mergers and acquisitions (M&A). With over 30 years of investment banking and corporate advisory experience, Richard has successfully completed more than $2.8 billion in transactions, including over $400 million in fertility and physician practice management deals.
Richard’s expertise spans multi-location healthcare provider transactions, private equity-backed consolidations, and physician practice management (PPM) M&A. His unique buy-side and sell-side experience enables him to provide strategic guidance to healthcare business owners, private equity firms, and investors looking to maximize value.
Before joining MidCap Advisors, Richard was a Business Development Manager at Pinnacle Fertility, where he led M&A initiatives in the fertility sector. Previously, he was Founder and Managing Member of RSG Advisors, LLC, where he provided transaction advisory and interim CFO services to private and public healthcare companies.
Richard holds a B.A. from Emory University and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
