Peter C. Foy & Associates Insurance Services (PCF) has acquired Chestertown, Maryland-based Dukes-Moore Insurance Agency, Inc. (Dukes-Moore). The transaction became effective October 9, 2020. Dukes-Moore is a multi-line insurance agency providing personal and commercial lines insurance as well as group benefits to clients throughout the state of Maryland. Dukes-Moore has been a leading provider of insurance services to Marylanders since 1931, and has successfully grown under the stewardship of Michael and Wendy Moore since 1998. The Moores will continue to run and operate the business post-transaction.
